Larry specializes in the listing and sale of residential, multi–family and commercial real estate in the Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle City areas. Since moving to the Avalon community in 1987, he has worked to provide the highest level of professional real estate service available to those seeking to buy in the area. Larry is a proprietary member of the Avalon Yacht Club.

      Larry’s real estate career began in 1969 as a Broker/Sales Associate with Northeast Philadelphia’s Poquessing Corporation, where he also served as Vice President for eight years. His 30+ years of experience have allowed him to build a vast client base from positive referrals by clients and colleagues. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Greater Cape May County Board of Realtors, and has been honored for his consistently high sales for the past seven years. Most recently, Larry received the NJAR’s Circle of Excellence Platinum award for sales that totaled over $25 million.
