Q) Will Larry be able to show me a variety of properties?
A) Yes. In addition to the large inventory, I have direct access to the
Multiple Listing Service through my desk top computer.
Q) I haven't applied for a mortgage in many years. Can Larry help?
A) Sure. There are area representatives for major mortgage lenders and local
bankers who will be happy to talk with you and explain the entire process.
The names and phone number for several mortgage lenders are provided in our
complete Buyer's Package.
Q) If I decide to offer my new purchase for rent, can Larry handle all of
the details?
A) Absolutely! I am affiliated with the largest rental agency on the island.
There are 25 licensed real estate agents, plus a large support staff
(accounting, front desk, management, and customer service) to efficiently
handle the entire rental process.
Q) When is the best time to buy?
A) I am asked this question all the time! "It depends" is not the answer you
want to hear, but it really is true. The most active market is spring (can
begin as early as January and last through May) and fall (end of August
through November). In the summer months, the houses are occupied by owners
or renters and are often difficult to show. However, properties become
available throughout the year, for various reasons. Don't be completely
focused on the time of the year - you may miss a great opportunity to
purchase the perfect home for your family.
